Kenya’s media fraternity is mourning the sudden death of Chris Tsuma, a veteran sports journalist, who worked at the Daily Nation for over a decade.

Reports indicate that Tsuma was pronounced dead on at Komarock Modern Hospital in Nairobi where he had been rushed to by family members after complaining of chest pains while working out at a gym.
At the time of his demise, Tsuma was a lecturer at Mount Kenya, KU and Narok universities.

Another saddening news is that former radio journalist, David Kiarie, 35,  drowned while swimming in a dam in Ruiru on Wednesday afternoon.
According to a report on Daily Nation, Mr. Kiarie, worked for Nation Media Group before he moved to establish own company, Aerial Sure Drones, specialising in drones services after he quit a sales executive position at Socabelec East Africa based in Mlolongo.

May God grant the families peace during this trying period.
