President Uhuru Kenyatta now says the supreme court should have ordered a recount of the presidential vote to determine the winner instead of nullifying the entire election.

attacks as he felt the judiciary had denied him a clean win.

Uhuru said the supreme court committed a crime by meting an injustice against him. He added that anybody would be angry when openly robbed as did the court to him and to the Kenyans.

“Nothing would have been easier for the court than to order a recount of the vote to determine the will of the people.The democratic rights of Kenyans to exercise their sovereign will cannot be subverted by four people”. Said

the angry president.

Uhuru dismissed claims by NASA candidate Raila Odinga and his team that his attacks on the Chief Justice amounted to his attacking the Kisii community. He further said that it was hypocritical for Raila to incite the members of Kisii community against him.
