Start exfoliating on a regular basis

This is a well-kept secret to beautiful skin that’s starting to get out. Exfoliation is a process that helps remove dead skin cells on top of your skin and allows newer, fresher cells to replace them. This skin cell turnover is extremely important to your skin and unfortunately begins to slow as we age.
