Jubilee’s Uhuru takes lead as Nasa’s Raila disputes results
Jubilee Party is headed for a party as its presidential candidate heads for a win over Nasa’s Raila Odinga. However Nasa has rejected the results claiming they are fake and the forms 34 have not been made public as promised by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission.
“We reject all results streamed so far and demand that the IEBC produce Form 34As,” said NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga.
In a press briefing at Bomas, Nasa co-principal Musalia Mudavadi and Nasa lead agent James Orengo urged Kenyans to reject the results.
Immediately afterwards, Jubilee’s Raphael Tuju also addressed the press dismissing Nasa’s concerns.
Earlier IEBC commissioners addressed journalists and said the streaming if results shall continue despite objection from Nasa in the interest of transparency.
