Detoxification involves s the medical process of removing toxic substances from living organisms including human beings. These toxic substances accumulate overtime from the chemical substances found in foods, cosmetics and other items that we use daily.  Detoxification is important since the accumulation of this toxic substance is known to cause obesity among other health complications. One can therefore choose to detox naturally of with the use of medication.

With the natural method they are certain foods that make the process easier and give better results. Detoxification begins from the liver and therefore all foods taken in are to help the liver wash out the toxins.

Fruits

Fruits are known to contain oxidants which help reduce cell damage in the body. They also contain fluids that ease digestion

Raw vegetables

Broccoli, cucumber, Carrots, kales, spinach, lettuce, Beetroots among others can be taken in juice for or raw. Cabbages have high water content just like most vegetables and this helps flush out toxins.

Garlic

Garlic is among some of the most powerful oxidants and has a wide range of other health benefits that include support against cancer, lowers blood sugar among others. It helps the liver produce enzymes that filter toxins from the digestive system.

Seeds and nuts

Seeds and nuts are a great source of proteins, minerals and zinc. Taken on a daily basis they help one with natural energy as compared to other foods. Types of nuts and seeds include sunflower seeds, Chia seeds, sesame seeds, hemp seeds etc
