KCB group boss Joshua Oigara has  been feted with the Ai40 CEO of the Year award which recognizes corporate leadership skills and commitment to advance an entrepreneurial agenda for poverty eradication in Africa.Digital security should be core of management strategy

On September 2013,Oigara was termed as one of the youngest CEO in Blue Chip company in East Africa at rhe age of 39.

Even though his appointment in 2012 left people wondering why it wasnt an ollder figure appointed,he said he had an ambition to be a CEO at a young age.
