- Salt water
Dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt in a glass of lukewarm water. Gently swish the water around in your mouth, and spit it out. The salted water can relieve itching and irritation in the gums.

Combine 3% of hydrogen peroxide with an equal quantity of water and wash with this mixture for 15 second. Then cough up the solution after you clean your mouth with it.
- Baking Soda paste
Baking soda one of the most valuable solution for itch gum. Combine baking soda with water in a bowl to make a paste and then apply it to your gums. The soda paste can manage any kind of bacterial infections that causes your gums to irritate.
- Proper dental hygiene
Brushing and flossing your teeth two times per day is vital to good oral health. You should also consider using a toothpaste that’s designed to prevent tartar and plaque buildup. If you have an issue with inflammation or gum infections, an alcohol-free antiseptic mouthwash may also be a good idea.
